I'm looking for suggestions on career move.
Currently I'm working on a project using the AWS tech stack, which will be finished next month.
I’m exploring internal opportunities in the company and considering a switch from a technical role to a PMO role.

Would this be a good move?
Has anyone here made a similar transition?

Looking for advice.

I am a new associate currently watching a named partner “quiet fire” but not so quiet a paralegal. He has been really nasty to her, demoralizing, degrading and any other word that fits. And I’m struggling to not speak up because I feel so conflicted. I don’t want to make things worse for her but do want him to know I see how he’s treating her.
