I resigned from my current company and received my last working day (LWD) in an email. Afterward, several coworkers also resigned, and our manager is overloading us with tasks that could even months to complete. Can HR or my manager extend notice period without consent, given that I already have the LWD confirmed in an email and haven't taken any leave during the notice period?

90 Days notice period has 2 phases.

Initial phase - Candidates struggling to get interview calls.

Ending phase - Companies struggling to match a higher offer.

30 days notice period can really solve everyone's struggle.

In one of the email survey i choose in person pre hire session option over virtual session. Got call from Deloitte for pre hire session in Leela palace on 13th May. Reporting time 1.45pm. further details will be in shared in email soon. What kind of activities to expect in this session. Anyone attended before. Any idea

I'm entering my final year of law school but am going part time since I work full time as a paralegal. I have been a paralegal for more 10+ years and I want to open my own firm after I pass the bar.

Due to obvious conditions my comp for the calendar year (salary+bonus) is back to 2017 levels although my overall sales are more than double and 1/3 less total comp than last year. It seems like comp opportunity is always decreasing during good times (I get it) but when it comes to adjusting during bad times, nothing was done. Is this normal for industry sales?

Hey Guys, I have applied to Accenture through their Accenture India portal and it's still showing pending review and my interview hasn't been scheduled yet. as I checked found out that pending review means the Application has been passed from HR to the operations team what should I do now as it's been more than 4 weeks and I haven't received any response from them and there is no way to contact them.i am getting a little frustrated about this
