My boss is convinced he’s a collaborator and not a manager, so he leaves ALL admin work on any case to the associate, including reviewing bills for the client and monitoring court websites for deadlines because our calendaring system is unreliable. We don’t have HR. We have a part time lady who is also a para, so we really only have 1/4 of HR. I want to push back on admin work because it’s just not my job. Advice?
