I received LOI expecting X days of joining.
It's doable for me but if I receive offer letter after 10-15 days, then X-10 days will be a problem for me.

Can anyone please confirm what is concept of LOI?
Is it same as offer letter?
Cab we resign basis LOI?
Is it possible of not getting offer letter despite getting LOI?

Any help will be much appreciated 🙏🙏

I just started a new job 2 months ago, benefits and PTO don’t start until 90 days in so I still have a month before I can take off any time, and today found out my company doesn’t offer paid maternity leave.

Guys, I interviewed at amex gurgaon 10days ago and was told by VP that I will hear from HR very soon. But when I checked on HR yesterday, she said interviews are still in progress and it will take a week more to finalize.
