How difficult it is to do in amex? Its been half a year since I joined amex and I am planning to talk to manager after completing one year.

Fresher MBA here , got campus placed in ICICI Bank . The role was not made clear when they were taking us for campus placement. Now I think I am in very intense field work role as a RM mortgage. Should I stick in it for better future aspects or immediately switch due to huge field work.

I don't follow pop. culture anymore, no longer actively follow team sports (but sporty myself) as I consider it bread and circus for the masses and don't rly enjoy work drinks... Am I doomed? I'm a first yr attorney at an insurance firm and am in the process of interviewing for an in-house position at a tech company. The position is pretty much generalist, but I get the impression I'd be working mostly on SaaS and partnership transactions. I definitely think I would like the transactional work better, but I am concerned about the long-term earning potential vs. partnership. How common is it to eventually make $400k+ in-house/how difficult is it to transition back to a firm? Thanks!

I got selected in LTI, the offered CTC is less than my current CTC, HR says they have budget constraints.

They were aware about my current CTC right from the first call.

I also shared the counter offer that I'm holding. (Offered CTC > Current CTC)
