Its depends on band, skills, previous salary and negotiation as well. What is current ctc and skillset? Also is it for band 7 or band 6?

like

As ur cctc is already 34 they wont be able to give band 7 to you as it has a capping for 27-28. It will be band 6 mostly. Usually they provide 35-40% on current. Bt depends on which team and the budget they have as well. Bt there are less chances of getting most of hike in the fixed companent. They might negotitate more on variable. Similar skillset lot of people here are within 30 with same exp.

Thank you

If you are being considered for Band 6 then don't expect more than 37-38 CCTC...

Yoga folks! I used to do yoga and exercise frequently. Things happened, getting back on the wagon. I'd love to work up to a daily practice even if it's just a few mins - but I do need to incorporate other programming as I've got some covid lbs to lose. For those of you who do yoga regularly, wondering how you incorporate and/or balance your practice vs. other types of workouts or if you mostly do strengthening type yoga in that case.
