Request for an updated ol with correct date
You should good an email or a ticket# for tracking resignation. That's enough to capture that you have resigned. Lwd is nothing but resigned date+np, so you can share the email and mention the date accordingly

I have already informed the HR, so he asked me the confirmation mail of your LWD and after that he will send the updated offer with new DOJ.
One more thing, have you completed your HCL onboarding form ? I have some queries in that onboarding form.

I haven't got the confirmation mail from my current organisation regarding my LWD. I am still waiting for that. Once I got that I will be sharing the details with HCL HR to change DOJ.

Yeah they have asked me to share the LWD confirmation mail from your current organisation and after that they will change my DOJ.

Not yet, last week only I have dropped the mail to HR for DOJ change
How manys did they took to provide offer after salary discussion with HR.Sent docs on 6th Nov,HR called and discussed salary on 7th November.They asked me to join in 40days early I need to ask for a early release.If offer is delayed,probably wont be able to get released from current organisation in 40days
