I'm having more than 12 yrs of experience and current ctc is 11.20 excluding night shift and variables. I've given interview in bny got shortlisted and submitted the documents. Initially interview was for I grade in fund accounting. After documentation hr said they r hiring me for h grade I get ready for that too with offer of 12 lakh. But all of sudden hr is saying she is not confirm whether I'll get offer or not. They are bluffing all around to giving my offer. What should I do now

My wife recently put in her two weeks and half the people she worked with are just ignoring her messages. They asked to work longer but bc of her new company she cant. Shes moving for about 60% more pay from external audit to senior accounting. Shes extremely sad and im confused why these firms are so uptight about this. Just sharing that I was diagnosed with postpartum preeclampsia 3 days after giving birth despite not having risk factors or preeclampsia in my pregnancy. Sharing as I had absolutely no idea about this illness.

Main things to do are check your BP everyday at least the first ten days after you give birth, and go to hospital if it's very high (over 160/110). If you get severe headache or stomach ache then also be vigilant.

After technical rounds, HR asked me to submit the documents and BGC related forms. I sent the all documents, it's been one week and no call back. Usually how much time they will take ?

I had 4-5 rounds of interview in Amazon in last 1.5 months, including bar raiser. I got a mail stating I am selected for position within 4 hours of my bar raiser round.
HR asked for a few documents like last 3 months payslips, ECTC etc. It's been 4 working days and that HR is not replying on my mail. It is fine or something is off track ? Any suggestions ?
Does they usually turn back after sending selection mail and asking for documents
