I got a call from KPMG HR for the role of Associate consultant in research team, When she asked me about the expected ctc, I think I quoted less than the market standards but since I am underpaid currently so the amount I quoted was 40-45% hike on my fixed. I have experience of 2.9years
Can anybody please suggest if I clear their interviews will they consider increasing CTC from whatever I quoted becase upon searching for ACon roles they pay much higher than what I quoted.

I am an Oncology Clinical Research Coordinator with 15+ years of experience. I have program management and pharmaceutical manufacturing experience that gives me additional unique experience. I’m trying to transfer departments at my company and I talked to the MD of the department i wanna transfer to, and told him working remotely is a requirement to me, and he said he’s not sure if that’s possible, and that would depend on HR and the hiring manager. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched.
