I have appeared and cleared all technical rounds at infosys. Wanted to understand how much I can expect from Infosys max before compensation discussion. I am working in remote job and need to reallocate to Pune so want to get max.

Tech stack - SAP basis
YOE - 11.5 years
CCTC - 32 LPA including 10% Variable

If anyone have any experience with negotiation with Infosys recently would be good to know and better align my expectations.

28th Jan(after 2 days) is my joining date in one of the organisation.. meanwhile I get a call from one of captive company for final managerial discussion scheduled for today itself.
I doubt they can release offer in just 2 days if all good, having said that tomorrow is holiday.
Ques- should I tell after 2 days I have to join one of organization. Or can I tell, still I am with current organisation and serving np, probably 60 days left and wait for their offer..
