My company recently changed my commission plan by capping half of our variable payout, resulting in the sales reps making roughly 30% less on commission checks when going over quota. Well, it’s officially cold here in the NE. Parked my bike, pulled the battery and put it on a trickle charger. Until spring 2021.... 😔😔😔
