Is 7 weeks too early to start thinking I may have made a huge mistake in switching to my current gig? I left the last place because it was overr toxic and terrible W/L balance, for one that seemed to be more “fun” and more realistic hours, only to find that I’ve now been working 12 -14 hours a day and just drowning and feeling like I cannot catch up or catch my breath. Which company is better in terms of job security, work life balance. That's the top most factor I am considering. Learning and project and latest niche technology is the other important factor after first 2 factors .

Received an offer at 300k/year and a Google offer at 200k/year.

I never mentioned wipro exp as previous exp anywhere. Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db? Does it affect my joining with wipro?
