I’m a rather ‘organic’ UXer who is often able to achieve impressive results just by following what makes sense to me instinctually.

Oftentimes I might unintentionally mimic the same steps as some methodology because it’s just what comes naturally to me.

I resigned Epam Anywhere last week because I am on bench since 2.5 month , package in EPAM Anywhere was 32.40 lpa fixed .

Started looking outside and got opportunities.

Two offers:

Citi bank- 3277000 fixed

Mastercard- 308000(including 2.80lakhs variable)

I am really confused between these two companies, I heard WLB is very good in Mastercard, but again their salary difference is too much.

Kindly suggest its Urgent.

I was told a certain amount is expected during interviews, but how much is the practice actually traveling? Fully aware it’s client/project dependent, so don’t feel the need to reiterate that :).
