I resigned Epam Anywhere last week because I am on bench since 2.5 month , package in EPAM Anywhere was 32.40 lpa fixed .

Started looking outside and got opportunities.

Two offers:

Citi bank- 3277000 fixed

Mastercard- 308000(including 2.80lakhs variable)

I am really confused between these two companies, I heard WLB is very good in Mastercard, but again their salary difference is too much.

Kindly suggest its Urgent.

Received offer of 92.5k and no signing bonus for GPS Consultant. Had spoken with recruiter about 95k before interviews and have heard of many others receiving 5-10k signing bonus. Should I push for both or just salary? How should I ask for signing bonus specifically?

An employer said they will extend an offer in next couple days and they will give me the best offer they can so that there is no more back and forth. Should i still negotiate if the offer is not as expected? Should I accept it if It is what I am looking for? Or should I still see if there is any room for negotiation?
