Hello! I am new here. How long have you been in the Finance industry? I have been in the finance industry for over 16 years.

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)

Has anyone taken the CCRP exam? Currently looking for test prep resources and there are very few. The exam book combo I found on Amazon has mixed reviews and I think the best way for me to prep is to see the questions and get comfortable with them.

Can anyone share what the average salary is for an HRIS specialist at Consulting firms? Looking to see what the market rate is.

Not sure if this is the right place, but in a privately owned business located in a right to work state, is verbal abuse allowed and would swearing at and putting down an employee in front of a bunch of other employees and in front of customers be deemed verbal abuse? Currently given Interview for devops role at tavisca.
Total exp.: 3
CTC: 7.5 lkh

Had few doubts :
1. How is work related to devops and cloud ?
2. Since the tavisca is taken over by JPMC , are all policies and benefits are now applicable to current tavisca employees ?
3.Also if someone can share about pay / bonus / salary structure ( i would discuss this with HR once i clear all rounds )

Can I lie and tell HR that I have an counter-offer of X amount to negotiate the offered amount? Ya uska bhi proof dena padta hai ab?

If u have a house under my name if i move it to an llc what happens? Do i refinance to prevent a due on sale clause?
