Hello, I am trying to switch job to Google after 10years at Workday. I’m trying to apply for Program Manager role (both tech and non-tech). My background is not exactly program manager but have many transferable skills. Still because of that, I am nervous to not even get an interview. What is the best way to even get an interview? Should I apply directly on the website or go with a recruiter?

I’d look at it from the recruiter perspective- you’re going up against people with multiple years direct experience in project and program management, across business, UX, technical, and more.
If you don’t have the direct experience, “transferable skills” are not going to get you too far.
What is your current title and experience? What do you believe are the “transferable skills”?

I can really use some direction. My background, I've worked 2 years in strategy and am currently coming off an exhausting year 2 in investment banking. I didn't particularly enjoy either role and am not interested in moving over to the buy-side or some monotonous FP&A role. Everybody says there's exit-ops aplenty, but I find myself with less options and even more picky than I did as an ambitious T2 undergrad student. Where do I go from here?

GCA Questions Help

Hi everyone!
I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions. Would anyone have any tips on how to prepare for these? I've checked some of Jeff Sipe videos online but would appreciate any support! I find GCA quite stressful...
Thx
Thanks in advance!

Currently at Meta (working as a Program Manager) and considering accepting a role with Disney Streaming to support the scaling of Disney+. My dream however is to eventually work at Google. Recruiter shared post on-site feedback and she mentioned that she would like to do the team match and do 1-2 additional rounds of interviews because the feedbacks now are borderline and have a very low chance of HC. Any team here who's hiring SAP Program Manager role? Please kindly keep in contact with me :)
