IMO, there’s a reason it’s specifically called out it’s ineligible for remote.
G1 is right in that many managers are flexible, but many are also not.
I’d be sure you’re okay with hybrid and I wouldn’t expect to be able to go remote.

When you get onboarded you can put in a request for full wfh, a lot of them are getting approved no questions asked. It’s also highly relative to your manager, mine couldn’t care less if we go in or not regardless of policy. Flat out said as long as our performance is where it needs to be we can do as we please.
