I applied for a position in McKinsey and Company. My application status in the job portal "Submitted - In Progress". I haven't received a call from the recruiter, nor have I received an email about an interview. I haven't received a rejection email as well. Is this a routine recruitment process? Should I expect an interview call??

So I have claimed exemptions on the following-
1) HRA
2) 5 year term deposit(fixed deposit) under Section 80C
3) Interest on education loan under Section 80E

I have also provided previous employment details.

Guys I didn't know that we have to submit declaration forms as well. Can you please tell me which are the declaration forms that I would need to fill and submit??

I work in industry and I’m on a project now where a Senior Partner and Partner are on most our calls and seem very involved in delivery. The EM takes point on the deck but less on client relationships. I used to work at Big 4 and honestly our partners were rarely involved.
