Say yes to everything and start negotiating after you get an offer lol
Maybe 2021 start classes have filled up or they’re done recruiting for 2021 ? Idk someone from BCG can better answer
I think it depends a lot on where you are based. I’m in Europe and I recently interviewed (waiting to hear back) and they told me they are hiring for June august September

No likely can’t be negotiated. Would assume this means that office is out of spots for 2021. Keep in mind industry hires tend to start in the spring / early summer as late summer / fall is reserved for campus hires so totally normal at this point in the cycle.
Yeah this is for London. I know the offer is hard to get and I need to focus on that but a spring 2022 start date puts me off. Let’s see though
So you could lock down a 2022 position now, spend the next 6 months traveling and have a spot waiting for you when you get back?
I'd be down ngl
