I have 10 years of experience and will be joining HSBC next week. I just wanted to know the process of my certificate verification on day one. I possess all the original certificates for my undergraduate and postgraduate studies and my professional experience reliving letters too, except the original provisional certificate for my undergraduate degree; however, I do have a photocopy of it.

It's appalling how bad new analyst excel/ ppt skills are. There needs to be a way of judging 'readiness' during the interview process.

Very specific to retail and/or hospitality in-house roles: has anyone found a good solution for predictive scheduling? Our retail division has one set of software for scheduling and one for payroll, and neither of them can handle predictive scheduling compliance issues unless they’re used for both the scheduling and payroll functions. I’m coming up empty on ideas for them to bridge the gap, but I’m also new to my compliance counsel role, so I would be overjoyed if anyone has suggestions.

I had my LWD on 27th june ,before a week of that i had HSbC last round in which I clearly told I wanted to join by 4th july as my next joining is due at that time.
HR agreed and told will fast track your bgv .
Now the problem is they released offer for 11thJuly saying will preponed in case bgv finished early.
Today I again got a mail for 18th july extension.

Am quite worried here now, as I already said no to other companies !should I try looking again.
