I recently switched to an agency that has some bread-and-butter type clients (e.g., manufacturing). I’m coming from health-focused clients and I’m highly creative. Honestly, I’m worried about working on these more technical accounts. Anyone else have experience moving from a high-pressure agency with a lot of room for creativity to a more laid back agency with some technical clients thrown in? How did you adjust?

DXC hired me for Indian client .My job profile on system admin. Work will be on Legacy Technology. Do I get chance to upgrade to cloud and shift to different Client

Most of the review on DXC is negative. How will be job security and work life balance. In most review I see "termination & layoffs." How is current situation in 2022

I have cleared all the interviews for Walmart Global Tech and salary negotiations are also done. A month ago the recruiter said that they are waiting on some approvals and once it is done we will be issuing the offer letter but I haven't heard back any other update since then. Am I getting rejected or is it normal to be on hold without any update for a month at this stage?

Any Private Organization will go for lay-off if they are not generating profit(Even Netflix). Remember, all Tech Giants today we see were once a startup.
Why I preferred StartUp --> because developing from scratch is not possible in most organizations but StartUp and I preferred "learning and Money" more than "WLB and stability" at this age. If the question will be asked after 5 years from now, I may have preferred less salary and More WLB, but that is not the scenario right now.
