Hello

I have a question regarding offer letter rolling for ibm,
I have gotten wrong date of joining and now they are saying that they won't revice offer letter since its not their policy.
But they are ready to share a mail stating my doj on day i want.
But i had told clearly that i have 90 days of notice period so its a clerical error
Please help me with what to say here

It's okay. It happened for me as well . They don't revise offer letter for change of doj I guess. You just have to produce the email copy on your revised doj.

IBM hr do revise the offer letter, for change of doj or compensation etc.

They will share mail for DOJ change. Happened to me too. You just need to carry a physical copy of the mail on your onboarding day.

For compensation they do revise it. But for DOJ the mail is enough. And so many people joined with the mail when I joined
