I have been in an interview process with EY since May now - there seems to be a lot of confusion and chaos within the recruitment and I have undergone 3 rounds of interview - Manager, AD, Partner. Yet to hear back from the recruitment team. I have also been getting mixed messaging from the various sub teams within the recruitment team - is this a common experience for other candidates as well?EY

Currently in the final stages of the interviewing process for a "non-partnership track attorney" position at a top-ranked big law firm. I graduated from law school in 2019, and my eventual goal would be to work as an Associate on the partnership track at a medium-sized firm. Will this position "stain" my resume compared to staying in my current position as an attorney for an SRO?

Early in the process with dream exit companies(A), closer to an offer with another company(B). (B) would be an alright progression and ~35% increase, but less than expected from (A) and also might not be the best long term career move. Assuming the offer from (B) comes through, and before I could reasonably delay to get to the offer stage with (A) should I decline, and if so any tips on how to not be a jerk. Leaning towards waiting for (A) but want to make sure I'm not being foolish.

I really need advice. I’ve been in my current role for a couple years and I’m just so defeated. I am good at my job. I work so hard and I’m so undervalued and unappreciated. My work is scrutinized to a degree that no one else experiences (I could give concrete examples of other people delivering design work that haven’t met BASIC design principles and it’s gotten approved) compared to me where I frequently get feedback that somehow makes my work worse but I just comply because it’s not (1/2)

I have a question. I am a GDS employee wishing to relocate to another country as EY country “x” employee. The plan to relocate to country x was already in motion, if not EY then another org. The EY partner from country x is very interested in having me join their team but not sure about my GDS partner because they will be losing billing and may not like it.
