I have cleared all rounds in RSM USI. How much should I expect and ask in M&A TAS basis the current -

Current company - Deloitte
CCTC - 18 (Fixed 16)
YOE - 5 YoE

How much should I expect in RSM negotiation?

I know I'm undepaid as per my peers in Deloitte

First of all don't think about been under paid I u derstand your emotions. But according to the company's yoe also matters. But they also consider your previous package too plus the stream your working in.
As far as I know there are the categories of salary division like niche super niche and all. You need to check which stream ur working in and which category you belong. If you belong to super niche then the package would be like yoe*3.5/4 that's athe max a company can offer following the standards.
If already ur salary falls under this and the company wants to recruit you they might provide 10-20percent hike but would surely make sure within a year or two to bring ur package into market standards.
