Hello,

I joined HCLTech recently and was looking to opt for employers contribution to NPS. Portal is showing only E4 and above can opt for it. I am E2.2.
Is it what I understood ? In my previous organization I could avail it. Anyone who knows anything can please share.

My sister and I have recently both come to the realization that our parents guilt us into spending time with them or visiting them and the guilt causes us both to shut down. Our dad is the main offender, often reminding us how little time we have left with him, asking us why we’re leaving so soon or reminding us about all the good deeds and sacrifices made. We’ve both noticed this shift in our relationship with our parents after graduating from college and starting our own adult lives. Continued

I have 3+ professional experience with product marketing, digital marketing, and event management. Im on the hunt for a new job and am fairly new to this lovely city. If you know of anyone looking for marketing specialists or would like to network let me know. Id love to connect!

Hi team ,

I have started working from jul2019 and I have filed my tax return for 2020 and 2021 tax years.

However I note that there was withholding of some amount in 2017-2018 and 2019 tax years ( withholding from comission received from insurance commission from lic and United india)

I have not filed 2017, 2018, 2019 return as my total income was less than threshold

Is it possible to file return for 2017 , 2018, 2019( all r in refund) now without paying any penalty?
