I need some help, I had an interview for cisco and the 1st round was with the Director after that the same day I recived call for next two rounds the very next day, but due to my tight schedule I requested them only one round next day and the second one for any other day.
The next day I has another technical round with the senior manager, but after these two round I haven’t heard back from them. It's been 3 days after the senior manager round. How long does the process takes? Any idea?

I don't get when people tell me I need to get laid when I say how stressed I am at work. I get laid every night and I'm still a psychopath

I’m a junior and I have the opportunity to join the employment and benefits group as a specialist. The alternative is VC/M&A.

I’m under the impression that joining the EB group will still give me decent exit ops, has more manageable workflow (less unexpected dumpster fires like in deal-work), and a somewhat better WLB because of my previous point.

Any disagreement/any other things I should consider before deciding?
