BCG final round interview in a week. Any tips on what to expect in a partner level conversation?
- how is it different than the round 1 experience?
- how important is the casing component? I'm doing pretty well, but not perfect. Friends have been eating me 8/10, with the need to improve structure and be more top down in my communication. I'm wondering what I can do to improve that in a week and if that will be a deal breaker on interview day?

Hello All, I have been selected in the interview at NTT DATA and also submitted documents as requested by Recruiting HR. However , it's been a 10 days after docs submission but haven't received any call from HR for salary negotiation. On email follow up with HR, he said he is on it and will come back to me soon for further process. Any views.NTT DATA

I’d love to speak with you for 10-20 mins about my LLC and Nonprofit and the work that I’ve been looking to do as it relates to education and diversity.

I would suggest having a good understanding of DEI and why it’s important to you. I think story telling is under rated in interviews, it can tell a lot about you. Try to tie your passion to DEI through a personal story.
Hey hey, not sure if you've had your interview yet but I've been in the DEI space for some time now both as an internal and external consultant.
1. First, I think you have the right to know who you're interviewing with or at least how many people. You might be able to politely push for that info. "It would be great to know how many people I'lll be interviewing with..." - that's basic interview transparency! Interviews are scary and it calms the nerves knowing more about the interview process.
2. I normally get asked questions about the importance of lived experience (if you come from lived experience you still don't have to share if you don't want to, it can be a lot!), you might get asked questions DEI in marketing/what you know about it/what you've done in the space, e.g. in the past advocated for using imagery of people from diverse cultures
3. It would be good to hone down why you're applying for a role in the DEI space, why are you passionate about it?- Deffo try and speak from the heart here
Hope that helps! Happy to answer any more Qs if you have any. :) x
