I'm a mechanical engineer with 3 years experience, working for vrushabh consultancy for sartorius project.
My pay is 27k a month with no PF or any benefits.
I've experience with NPD projects design, CAE support in Moldex 3D and design support in creo for plastic products and moldflow analysis support for inhouse components.
Now, I'm thinking of a change, either pursue masters or change jobs.Looking for a career expert or coach or someone experienced to guide me.

I've become really jaded about consulting. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented. I'm looking to make a career switch so I can both create and execute on my strategies. A product management path seems very promising for this.

Does anyone who switched from consulting to product management have any recommendations of h helpful PM books, courses, or programs?
