Looking for some feedback about WLB in chevron. I know that it's operating in full work from office mode. But is there a flexibility with regards to timing? Like working from the office for a few hours and working from home for a few hours? Or are they strict about work hours in the office?

I have seen people leaving early like 6 and then connecting from home. But the shift timings are 1.30pm to 10.30pm as of now, which is very weird and no shift allowance. Also, daily 4 hours KT sessions from the US Team.

It's really messed over there, so I’d advise against joining. They've hired a lot of inexperienced managers who are creating a toxic work environment. If you look at their backgrounds, none of them have experience with reputable GCCs. They tend to micromanage aggressively, trying to prove themselves quickly, which only adds to the stress

My base is being bumped from 110 to 125, and OTE for another 50 up from 35 CAD.
