Hi, In citi offer letter there is a component called LTA . My doubt is can we make it as 0 and merge with other allowances if incase i don't need LTA or in CITI LTA will be paid monthly and exempted from tax deduction if only i claim for it. Can someone help me on this? How it works in citi bcoz i don't need LTA and if incase it is compulsory@ what happens if i don't claim it?

Amazon phone screen this Friday with the hiring manager. I’m not feeling prepared as only had five days to prepare and want to reschedule but also worried about what the recruiter and the hiring manager may think. Would be grateful for any advice.

Anybody else have the same issue with their Polar H10 Heart Rate Monitor Chest Strap? After ~2 yrs mine started periodically losing signal (showed no heart rate, then would come back, on and off). I changed the battery and it helped, but didn’t entirely fix the issue. Now at ~3 yrs, the connection goes frequently and renders it unusable. Any idea what the issue is? How did you resolve it? It worked great for a long time, so I hate to replace it entirely if there is fix.
