How long does it take EY GDS to hire? I've applied for some positions (bcom fresher) on June last week. For 2 positions (Core AMS- Staff & GDS.SaT_VME_BVals_Analyst) it's showing "we'd like to progress you to the next step in our recruiting process" since July 1st. Require an immediate help in deciding whether should I join KGS as I am only having 1.6 years of experience. Currently I am working in EY GDS under a tech risk team. The hike that I am getting is of 53% of current fixed Compensation.

Is it normal for senior managers to ask you to cancel leaves or to nit apply leaves in EY GDS? My manager told in all hands meeting yesterday to not apply leaves during tear end. Won’t this become a hr issue?

Hey folks. I'm looking @ dir-level People Operations / PM or Chief of Staff roles. Industry agnostic but interested in one that's social impact focused or innovative.

Curious what that pays in CAD? I make equivalent to $145K CAD as an an Account Director / PM and Client Operations Lead at a mid-sized US-based PR/Digital comms company, with 6 yrs of exp managing multiworkstream teams and multimillion dolllar projs.

I was Listening to a podcast today about people in US tech getting rich from 50k to 100k of annual RSUs in the US that vest over 3 to 5 years then making millions when the company exits.
