2) Offer from EY, TCS with 13lpa package

YoE : 4.5
Tech stack : Data science, Python (1yr)
Current CTC: 5.5 lpa

I’m in-house at a small company (60 people), started right out of law school about 5 years ago. We had a legal team of 5 then. Everyone has left and we just hired a new GC. I went from $70k to $100k a little over a year ago. I am expecting an offer from a firm doing business law work but think this might be an opportunity to go to my current employer and ask for a significant raise, with new offer in hand. Any thoughts or advice going into this?

Curious, what is the salary range for a senior consultant (program management / strategy / health sector) with North American experience? I’d love to make the move to India either permanently or for a long term contract, just not sure what the salary range is. TIA!

So I have been seeing a guy for 4 months. We have a pay disparity.. he earns less than I do (by quite a bit).
