Yesterday, I completed the HR round. As per the HR update, employees are required to work from the office four days a week. The reason given was that, since this is a new GCC, they want to encourage better interaction and collaboration among employees. They also mentioned that cab transportation will be provided. Breakfast is available free of cost, and they said additional food options will be introduced in the future.

Does project have any role to play in the hike % in Cognizant ? As in if my engagement is doing well financially for the organization will I get a better hike than others with the same rating as me but in other engagements that are not doing so well. I am in Cognizant Consulting.

Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc). I find this aspect of PA stressful and exhausting but not sure if this is something you just get used to. Currently a manager and seems like the metrics just change over time / don’t get easier.
