Been here since December .
Found a job at a vet clinic . Still as a PM , but frankly I feel like I’m getting paid to be white .
I left 100 K job at a specialty (thankfully I do some remote and have not cut ties) , but here I’m mainly paid to supervise by being white . I do little to nothing , when I am given tasks I often mess up due to lack of training. Feeling stupid and very low.
