Hey team! I've been thinking about what success would mean in terms of this platform and general inclusion in the team. These are some of my thoughts:

1. Frequency of positive engagements (positive in a productive, constructive sense)
2. Increasing numbers of people engaging in each topic as they get more comfortable using the tool and airing their opinions
3. Some measure outside the app of team engagement in day to day interactions (changes in psychological safety)

What are your thoughts?

Need Suggestion.

I am the only developer in my team and my manager has assigned me a project in which I need to create a tool from scratch although that is currently running in production build by third party and we don't have access to that code.

I am on notice period and I am 100% sure that project won't be completed before my LWD.

What should I do, I asked him to put some extra team members but he didn't agree, seems like he will add extra team members 2-3 weeks before my LWD.

Just got offered to join potential project that would relocate me to LA for 3-4 months for onsite work. Their office is downtown, I’m single, 29 have the flexibility in lifestyle for this kind of move. Is it worth coming to LA rn? Is this a good ERP to kickstart your consulting career and whether there are good opportunities for this ERP in the future.

My VP asked my fellow team member to take on a task simply because of her race to help them land a grant renewal. We’re both women of color but since I didn’t match the target audience I was not asked even though the task is on a project I am overseeing.
