And finally, which one would be a better option.

My firm’s IT (especially system saving and file locating function) is so bad 😐😞 and they keep doing updates no one asked them for just to mess with the stuff we already got a hang of without doing anything about the issues we actually need fixed. Anyone else in a similar boat? Do you bill the client for the time it takes to fix the IT issue (or IT inefficiency generally, like time taken to find a file in a convoluted system)? I have got into a frontend Project as a AEM UI Developer in my new company, and I will be switching from a react developer role.
About AEM I checked and found on net that it is a niche skill, so very less experienced developers are there. And job openings are also less, as compared to react. Please provide some information about it. Is it a good role? What will be it's future scope and demand, like let's say after two years of experience in AEM?
