Hi Fishes, I've 2.25 Years of experience in SAP Basis, but I've lost interest in the same due to not receiving proper training, inability to practice on customer's system and shifts. Herjavec group- 11 lpa fixed + 1 l VP - IAM role with sailpoint exposure.

Optum - 11.7 fixed + 1.75 VP + 50K JB but the work is simple User access management with no exposure to IAM tool.

Which one should i choose ? Please help
