In return he asked me in detail contribution like automation etc.and at the end he said "happy with your progress" & said he will take a call & try to initiate 1st quarter of 2023 & also asked if I can come to office. There are many openings in onsite(Aus) So now can someone say,what are my chances for onsite? & will WFO help me? Infosys

I passed out in 2020. Studied a little full stack. While doing that for 1 yr and applying interviews. I finally landed as devops tarine with 1yr bond.the ctc is 1.2 lakh per yr. its been few months. I have been tarined and have been doing small tasks. After internship company told i will b permanent and the salary will increase.
I liked devops at beginning but now its hard.I am at crossroads. I like am thinking of pursing mba as i like management.

Since last 1 month I am feeling that I am not getting good opportunity to learn and grow here so thinking of changing the job but my Notice Period is 90 days. Recently I got experienced from 2 HR that they want candidate who can join after max 45 days so I am loosing an opportunity due to 3 months notice period.

So What to do in this situation? Should I resign and find the job?
