I have been doing commercial freelance photography work for over a year and a half, and slowly but surely the budgets are getting bigger and the work is more consistent. How do I know when it’s time to approach artist reps? Do I even need an artist rep?

Is it worth it to go back to school for a better track to a FAANG company? Wednesday rant: Young producers if you don’t knw find a mentor or ask questions to learn how to do your job. Your mistakes costs money!!!

A producer that I know, from a multinational company in Dubai told me that they smoke inside the office, like in their tables, meeting rooms and everywhere surrounded by non-smokers. HR and management knows, and also it's against the law. He's struggling everyday and doesn't know what to do. Did you face something like that? What's the solution?
