Help please. My manager is one of those who was amazing as an individual contributor, but is obviously very uncomfortable and ineffective after promotion to leadership. Their reputation is keeping them from scrutiny, but my team and all our projects are in chaos. Direct feedback and keeping success logs does not work. 2 yrs and she just got promoted again... Is it time to give up?
