I had a first interview last Tuesday with Amazon, which I think went well, although I still haven't heard back 6 days later and then got an OOO annual leave msg and a no response when I chased up the named colleague today. Is this typical behaviour others have experienced when dealing with the big tech company recruiters? A lot of these plays are priced to perfection on revenues 5+ years away. Will some make it big? Yes. Will some fail, yes. Also starting to watch the warrant exercise requirements. All of these have huge supply coming to market and I plan to be on the other side of the retail suckers

Tax Senior Manager and Bowl Creator have thrown out WPF, SVOK, and AVAN recently. With these all barely above $10 (and SVOK actually temporarily below), what’s the downside to investing in these? Am I missing something? Don’t they offer you the opportunity to sell back the shares at $10 around the merge date? So max loss would be $0.12 per share on WPF (at current pricing) and $0.19 per share on AVAN?

Are there other SPAC plays that people like that seem like no brainers at these levels?

Trimmed some psth this morning. I don’t like that stripe did a $100b raise without needing ackman. I think this merges with a long term winner but will be able to add back at lower prices before merger and still receive the 2/9 warrants
