I have put down the papers from infosys and my LWD is near . I have to choose between DXC with 22 LPA and TCS with 18 LPA . I am a mainframe developer with 11 years of experience.
I have asked TCS to revise the salary but that seems unlikely that they will match the difference.

I resigned Epam Anywhere last week because I am on bench since 2.5 month , package in EPAM Anywhere was 32.40 lpa fixed .

Started looking outside and got opportunities.

Two offers:

Citi bank- 3277000 fixed

Mastercard- 308000(including 2.80lakhs variable)

I am really confused between these two companies, I heard WLB is very good in Mastercard, but again their salary difference is too much.

Spacs to this point have been the easiest money you could make. Beware of 2021 As i feel even the top spacs get some pressure. Stick with good management and companies.

How do you value a SPAC that has an acquisition target identified? Shouldn’t the market cap of the SPAC = ownership interest in the acquisition x market value of acquisition x some risk %? What am I missing

I’ll be taking a look at all the recent SPACs that had huge runs. The plan is to watch for momentum to start fading and play some puts at or around merger votes. A lot of these plays are priced to perfection on revenues 5+ years away. Will some make it big? Yes. Will some fail, yes. Also starting to watch the warrant exercise requirements. All of these have huge supply coming to market and I plan to be on the other side of the retail suckers

Reallocated some of my WPF position to PSFE. They are post SPAC merger but both will be long term holds for me.

I am selling into these pops on psth. 50/50 chance the target disappoints the stripe crew and it dips hard. I’ll be buying a bunch of that is the case. Beware- 2/9th warrants are still attached to these shares so there is some premium in the price

Trimmed some psth this morning. I don’t like that stripe did a $100b raise without needing ackman. I think this merges with a long term winner but will be able to add back at lower prices before merger and still receive the 2/9 warrants

Ev bubble finally bursting. This rout will separate froth from long term plays. What are LT spacs or EV stocks you are doubling down. Hopefully another 15-20% correction in EV will be healthy.
