Hey all!! Looking for advice in transition to consulting full time. I am an FNP currently in the ED with almost a year experience, previously was in the ED as an RN for 8 years. I just recently had a baby and really want to find a better work life balance but also be involved in the healthcare setting. Is anyone a consultant out there who has their RN or NP? Do you like it, what’s a typical day like, and if there is light at the end of the tunnel to escape beside burnout, I would love advice!
