Can you please tell whats the time period for the callback and when did anyone of you got a call back for compensation discussion and final offer letter

I am currently going through an interview process and one of the seven interviews is with someone I may be managing if I get this job. I have 7+ years of experience in java technology stack.
I am currently holding offers from the companies like TCS,Deloitte, Xoriant and ibm.
Maximum offer i have is of 23 LPA.
