Hi All, My Junior has decided to put paper, as she wanted to pursue Cdac course from Sept-22. She just informed that she signed a bond of 2 years and currently she has completed 1.7 years in HCL. What should she do now? I have a current CTC of 6.6 and Mastercard is offering 8.9 (including variable ) . I also have an offer from infosys of 10 ( including variable). Which one should I pick considering work life balance and appraisal.My entire doubt is that will they bring me on market rate after appraisals as currently they are not offering very good hike.

I want to share very bad experience I had at Mastercard
I was given offer by Mastercard in month of Dec The hike was less but looking at brand & other perks I accepted the offer & was looking forward to joining them.I got few offers & I went back to them for sole purpose of renegotiating CTC, to have a industry standard hike. They didn't reverted back for 2-3 days & just dropped a mail that they are revoking initial offer as well on grounds that they didn't like i gave other interview

90-130 is average. 130-160 is expectations exceeded performance. Outstanding performers get 160 around 180. 250 is something which I have never seen in last 8 years in mc. This is an HR gimmick to lure talent.
Very remote. 90 percent of staff will get 100-125 percent of the target.
They do , but it comes down to performance and where you stand among others.
Average would get anywhere between 95 to 130%

I have seen max of 160-170% in last few payouts to me. 250% is definitely rare.
i have an offer letter from mastercard with DOJ 1sept bu I didn’t received any onboarding mail , i have tried to connect to HR initially she was saying i will received before some days but now she is not answering my calls
