Tcs is a huge organisation so it does not make any sense if you are trying to know the budget. Budget depends on the position and the role and certainly it will be different for each role. If HR is saying their budget is 23 then you can tell you are expecting 30% hike and if they can't give it then drop it
I'm trying to get an idea from people working in same role. And they legit dropped me saying your ectc is too high. I was atleast hoping for 30% increment
Thats totally not true , depends on the role , and they are trying to lowball you . Though you already have 23 as cctc, in tcs with same package will less in hand compared to your current org. Choose wisely TCS is same as it used to be .
I also thought they are trying to low ball me but then few mins back I received mail stating that your ectc is too high and hence we are not proceeding with your profile 😭

Try for other small company which will give you good money😊😊. And fire after 3 months.
I'm wishing you ,too get a good offer. But in case you are out of choice and join tcs. Don't let that ctc frustration hit your mind. Work hard their and hone your skills. I'm 100% sure later on it will help in some other mnc to get good money.

You are already at higher end I feel from salary point of view
I don't think so because I have friends who are getting 26-30lpa with same years of experience. Plus the skills I learnt are diverse, I have good management experience as well

You can't get great ctc in big company's only small or mid size can give this much

That's the issue mate not getting any calls as of now. when I was getting I didn't switch
