Hey everyone! I’m a Software Engineer with 3 years of experience — 1.5 years in backend-heavy full stack (Java, Spring Boot, SQL, Vue.js) and the last 1.5 building ETL pipelines for Capital Markets & Credit Risk reporting.

This sparked a strong interest in Data Engineering, but my current company doesn’t offer a path into it. With limited experience in DE-specific tools, how can I break into the field?

I resigned and my last working day was last day of month .
The company KPMG was suppose to deduct my joining bonus and other things in final settlement. Last working day was last day of month , which means i got full salary.

Hey folks, question about applying for a role in Spotify (Sweden).
Does having a referral make a big difference to get your application reviewed?

I'm currently in Canada and planning to move to Sweden soon so applied for a few spots however I don't have even the slightest idea if
a) applying from Ca will actually get my application tossed out the window
b) I've heard there are gazillion ppl applying so if referral gets me on the radar, instead wasting time just find someone to refer me?
