Hello, what is working in retail banking like at JPMorgan Chase ? Specially the branch manager role. I’m looking in the Columbus area. I have recived a call from HR regarding the salary offered & she told that we are offering that salary. I have accepted offer & told her to explain me the breakup of CTC, she said she will call me back but i have not received any call from last 2 days & I have tired to call & also mailed her but no revert.

Few months back, I accepted @pwc india's offer but didn't join.
Now I was referred for @pwc US but as I was applying for the job, the portal shows previous application with status as offer accepted.
Will pwc consider me again?
Does anyone have any idea on this?
Has someone accepted the offer but didn't join and later joined again after some months?

Written on mail is not equivalent to written on stamp-paper. What can you do if the sender of mail is not fulfilling his or her promise or if he or she is not authorised to make such promise ? One bird in hand is better than two on bush. If they are giving you air plane ticket for onsite then it's okay. Manager are like politician. They will give you excuse why they were unable to fulfil the promise. Believe in mail only if it is from Global HR head.

From my experience with TCS, if manager said on mail that he will send you onsite, then there is a high chance that they will fulfill it. But question is, for long are they planning to send you onsite. If it is only for 6 months, then there is no benefit but if it is long term like 18 months then you can give them a chance.
But they have given in written on mail .
And in March they are saying you will be in UK
What is UK salary 41k ?
If it is long term and UK then i have seen people getting visa easily.
If you really want onsite then try your luck .. ask them to match the offer so they raise something here and wait till march.
If nothing happens put down paper again you will get an opportunity again.

Ask them to give new wage in TCS till you go on-site, in this way, you get new wage, along with on-site promise, and same work, no need to work hard, otherwise leave current company
Onsite Lollipops everywhere. Stay away from the trap unless they get your visa initiated.
Had a similar experience with Tcs.
The point is give them a chance and see if they raise your current sal and initiate visa process asap. HR plays games by delaying the process to the last day, even though they have sent promise mails. If you think it is worth the wait then stay. Other wise leave, its not like you won't get other offers outside.
Is resignation prerequisite/mandatory criteria for onsite?
Simple... ask them i will withdraw my paper once my visa is initiated. The time i will get the email that my visa is initiated i will withdraw my paper write away. And give this as writing over email... then if they are sure about it then they will initiate visa else you know what to do ..

These r all false promises. Accept at your own risk.
Na Na...aisi galti mat krna bhai. You will regret a lot and 90% chances are they will give some vague reasons for onsite cancellation once you have revoked your resignation - EX- TCS 😅
