I don’t understand how people keep posting about the bench and being unassigned. I’m in advisory(not audit) and my entire LoS is trending 90%+ utilization

The older I get and the more I think about raising my own children, I keep thinking how can parents frame religious duties like fasting as something to look forward to. I see two crowds these days. One thinks housing market will crash. The other thinks housing market will soar.

The contrarian in me makes me think this is a decent indication that housing market will stagnate (or increase minimally) for a few years.

Does anyone know how much a real estate attorney might charge for helping us with a very standard sales contract in California. Or maybe an agent/broker ago would just handle the contract for a flat fee.
