I’m anticipating an early promo to audit senior (6 months of A3, just under 2 years experience) and looking to make the jump after this busy season. I don’t have my CPA, or any exams under my belt, but I am eligible. How much more difficult is that going to make my job search? Would it be better to take a few months off after to at least start testing to show I’m not slacking (finances are not an issue)? Any thoughts/advice appreciated.

Hello Fishes , I got 25%hike in June payslip,promoted L9 with fixed 14.75. I have offer of 18.3 lpa from IBM and counter offer of 21 from LTI.
